Processing Time: Turnaround time is, on average, 5-7 days.

Payment: All items will be shipped after payment clears.
Returns/Exchanges: Tangled Web Knits is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Due to hygienic standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us and we will do everything we can to fix any problems.
